Q: Will I get credit for people that join Advertopia Downline Builder from my Standard GPT site URL?

A: Of course! Your ID# will be used even if the person you refer doesn't sign-up immediately. Through the use of a cookie, your ID# will be stored in the web browser of all visitors you bring to your site.

Q: My URL looks something like "http://www.advertopia.com/?10" and when people sign up my referral ID doesn't show. Do I still get credit?

A: Yes. Even if it doesn't show, you will still get credit. To test it, sign up someone you know personally to the url that looks like this and you will get an email that you sponsored somebody.

This URL is the shortened URL from the orginal one sent to you, which looks like:
"http://www.advertopia.com/cgi-bin/ref.cgi/10/" or
"http://www.advertopia.com/cgi-bin/p.cgi/10/"

Q: Is this a powerline, i.e. if someone is ID#25 and I am ID#26, does this mean I am in #25's downline and everyone before her?

A: No. Your ID numbers don't mean ANYTHING about your upline or downline. The downline you are in depends on the link your sponsor gave you or the link that was on the ad you clicked on. Their number could even be higher than yours.

Q: I can't enter in my programs or they won't update. What is the problem?

A: Is there someone else that is logged in with your ID# and Password? You cannot have simultaneous logins at the same time.
